  10. GENERAL INFORMATION

  13. Use of the LOGIN.COM and ISLOGIN.COM software constitutes your agreement to 
  14. the following provisions:

  16. LOGIN.COM and ISLOGIN.COM are computer programs licensed by 
  17. The Utility Shed that allows Novell users to load TSR's from Novell's login
  18. Script. This Software is designed to operate under Novell 2.1x, 2.2x and 3.1x
  19. along with IBM PC and compatible computers under the MS/PC-DOS operating 
  20. system.

  22. SHAREWARE INFORMATION

  25. Shareware License. A limited license at no charge is granted to all LOGIN
  26. users to use, test and duplicate this version of the Software for no more 
  27. than 30 days. Thereafter, if you do not license the Software from The
  28. Utility Shed, you must either pay the license fee to continue to use the 
  29. Software or cease all use of the Software.

  31. License. Upon payment of the license fee, The Utility Shed will grant a
  32. non-exclusive license to use the Software. Licensed copies of the Software 
  33. may be kept only on computers actually used by the licensee.

  35. WARRANTY INFORMATION

  38. Limited Warranty. The Software is distributed and licensed on an "as is"
  39. basis. For a period of thirty (30) days from the date that you pay the 
  40. license fees for the Software, you may return any disks and documentation 
  41. provided by The Utility Shed, and destroy all copies of the Software and 
  42. the documentation that you have made, and you will receive a refund of 
  43. the license fees that you paid to The Utility Shed.

  45. Limitation of Remedies. Should you encounter problems with the Software,
  46. The Utility Shed's entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at 
  47. the sole option of The Utility Shed, either (a) to terminate the license 
  48. and return any license fees that you paid The Utility Shed for the 
  49. Software, or (b) repair or replace the Software.

  51. Disclaimer of Warranties. The Utility Shed makes no claims as to the 
  52. suitability of the Software for any specific use. Except for the Limited 
  53. Warranty stated above, The Utility Shed disclaims any and all other 
  54. warranties, express or implied, oral or written, including any implied 
  55. warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The 
  56. limited warranty stated above gives you specific legal rights, but you 
  57. may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

  59. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall The Utility Shed be liable for any
  60. damages whatsoever arising out of the use of the Software, including without
  61. limitation any direct, incidental or consequential damages or any damages for
  62. loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information or any pecuniary
  63. loss even if The Utility Shed has been advised of the possibility of such
  64. damages. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of liability for
  65. incidental or consequential damages, therefore the above limitation may not
  66. apply to you.

  72. network. The following is the price breakdown:

  77. 100 nodes       - $95
  78. 250 nodes       - $125
  79. 1000 nodes or > - $250
